2x/week at home postpartum strength program by Jaimi.
Private Facebook group to connect to your new village, arrange baby friendly running/coffee meet ups and chat all things mum life.

BEGINNER REFORMER COURSE
6 Week Program
Learn about posture, core strength, breathing, and alignment while progressing through Pilates sequences each week.
This course is designed to make you feel comfortable on the reformer, and enjoy the movement without the overwhelm. It is a friendly, non-judgemental space here Pilates is for every body.
$210 and receive a FREE pair of grip socks.
The Positive Birth Program is an evidence-based childbirth program giving parents tools and education to birth with confidence and free of fear.
This 2-day course will take you through a series of birthing techniques that focus on self-hypnosis and deep relaxation through an array of skills to help you feel relaxed physically and mentally to prepare you for childbirth.
